Quality Standards Assessment Tool The Quality Standards Assessment Tool is designed for use with 21st Century Community Learning Center grant-funded programs in the Cincinnati Public Schools. These standards assure alignment with the goals of the grant, (increased student academic achievement; reduced risk-taking behavior; balanced programming opportunities for you), and define the practices that encourage quality in afterschool programming.
